Application

EXOPERM DURO 300 Fuse is a high strength external breather membrane designed for installation on the cold side of insulation in façade wall and roof constructions.

Suitable for:

  • Ventilated façade systems
  • Closed joint cladding systems
  • Pitched roof applications beneath battens
  • External wall sheathing in exposed locations
  • Timber frame construction
  • Steel frame construction
  • Modular and offsite construction
  • Commercial and residential buildings
  • New build and retrofit projects
  • Projects requiring extended exposure before cladding installation

Triple Layer Fuse Technology

EXOPERM DURO 300 Fuse is a breathable triple layer monolithic membrane designed to provide long term protection of the building envelope in demanding environments.

The fused multilayer construction provides enhanced performance:

  • Transports vapour to the outside
  • Maintains excellent waterproofing performance
  • Creates a continuous wind tight and weather resistant layer
  • Protects insulation from wind washing
  • Maintains durability during prolonged exposure
  • Provides high resistance to tearing and mechanical damage

Unlike standard membranes, the reinforced fused structure provides improved dimensional stability and strength, making it suitable for façades, roofs, modular construction and retrofit projects where the membrane may remain exposed before final cladding is installed.
