Suitable for both offsite and onsite construction projects, and for both residential and commercial purposes, all of our products have been fully tested and independently certified in accordance with EN13501-1 and are compliant with Document B Fire Safety. They can be used in a variety of external wall types, especially in high-rise buildings or in buildings that pose a greater risk of fire safety.

This non-combustible, highly breathable membrane is designed for maximum fire performance. With an Sd value of 0.03m, it offers superior breathability and has been classified as A1 Reaction To Fire making it a reliable choice for any building projects.

EXOPERM MONO DURO A2

This highly advanced, non-combustible monolithic breather membrane has a Reaction to Fire classification of A2-s1,d0. It is airtight with an air permeability value of 0.006 m³/m², h, Pa and is also highly vapour-open with an Sd value of 0.09 m.

IZOPERM PLUS A2

This high-performance, non-combustible vapour control layer has a Reaction to Fire classification of A2-s1,d0 and is designed to enhance the building fabric in terms of airtightness, energy efficiency, and moisture management.

This energy-efficient, diffusion permeable monolithic breather membrane has a Reaction to Fire classification of B-s1,d0, and provides superior vapour permeability and waterproofing performance, with an Sd value of 0.13m and Class W1 resistance to water penetration.

This advanced self-adhesive breather membrane is engineered to provide a high level of performance. Based on proven monolithic technology, it is designed to be airtight, vapour permeable, and waterproof, and to comply with Approved Document B : Fire Safety.

ECHOSEAL ALU FR

This fire-rated adhesive tape is specifically designed for use in internal and external applications, to provide permanent airtight seals at overlaps on fire-rated membranes. It is also suitable for creating secure airtight connections at windows, doors, and corners.
