This low-energy project is a residential house in the UK aiming to achieve nearly zero energy utilizing a complete, high-performance building envelope system. The owner designed a modern but comfortable single-family home that facilitates their busy lifestyle and reduces heating costs, having a much longer life span that could last for generations.

The level of airtightness after the first stage pressure door test resulted in an initial score of 0.74 ACH. This result ensures a reduction in energy consumption of the building, offering thermal protection and a great level of energy efficiency for a sustainable building.
