To enhance our current in-house technical design, and professional consultative selling capabilities, we are looking to expand our team with 4 new positions in the UK in the airtightness and ventilation industry. Here is more about each important role.
Airtightness Specialist (Technical) | UK
2 Positions available: London and Birmingham
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing Partel’s excellent reputation in the UK airtightness industry and will be the main point of contact for UK airtightness projects. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a good working knowledge of the building regulations, particularly Approved Document F, Approved Document L and PAS 2035.
What does the role involve?
- Represent Partel as an industry leader in airtightness systems.
- Support existing Partel customers by providing airtightness designs/quotations, responding to technical questions and providing necessary documentation.
- Develop relationships with new customers by networking in several ways including offering technical expertise/support, sharing knowledge about airtightness and compliance with regulations, CPD’s and attending trade shows.
- Produce drawings and information for issue. Production of technical descriptions specifying material and associated properties, utilising knowledge of standards and construction procedures.
- Understand how the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues, so that practical questions can be addressed at the outset.
- Attend site and customers locations as required.
- Produce and present quotations to support designs and subsequent management of contacts in CRM system.
- Produce accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information.
- Manage buildability issues related to airtightness system installation.
- You’ll have constant access to our customers, as well as our product and marketing team, so you can recognise their needs and how to interpret the software for them

Technical Ventilation Specialist | UK
2 Positions available: London and Birmingham
This technical role will involve designing ventilation strategies for new and existing buildings and consulting with architects and M & E companies to provide a solution that offers excellent indoor air quality and energy efficiency. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing Partel’s excellent reputation in the UK ventilation industry and will be the main point of contact for UK specific technical ventilation questions. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a good working knowledge of the building regulations, particularly Approved Document F, Approved Document L, Approved Document O and PAS 2035.
